Default abs

just wondering what will happen if i unplug my abs. im worryied it will be the death of my scooby, as just when i need the brakes the most the abs come on and i carnt stop.
has anyone done this before

If the ABS is disabled for any reason you just get no ABS function and wheels will lock. If the light is on then there is no ABS function. I had a rear wheel sensor fail and I deliberately went and tried the brakes hard while the warning light was on to see what happens, it locked up big time.

would you say this was better or worse for braking

i read on here a few people take it off when racing as they say they get a better pedal feel

that depends on what kind of braking you want, as above you will lock the brakes without abs, good for snow driving otherwise i would prefer the abs to be present
