I use a 8.5 drill and the brass sensor wll cut its own thread into the aluminium hard pipe for the FMIC, quite close to the T.B.
When I first started doing this I applied some araldyte to the connection but I have now found this is not required on applications that regularly run up to 2 bar.
I don't know what the thread is, 1/8th ntp probably but it is very fine pitch.
It is important to run the sensor cable to the bulk head and do not run it along the FMIC hard pipe or you will get interference.

I had a look on the 22b site and it seemed there that it was 10x1.25mm which is the same as an exhaust stud.I have cut a hole and welded an exhaust nut in thereand then blanked with a bolt.So if it is not the right size then no major issue.I will take an 8.5mm drill bit and drill when get mapped so can do if that is not the right size.
Roll on tomorrow hopefully will see somewhere in the region of 400bhp
