Default OE Airbox or induction kit

When I got my 1997 uk turbo it all ready had a pipercross induction fitler

on it, it isn't very big and has support to stop wobbling the MAF. I have a

full decat and a walbro and am looking to get a remap, should I leave it on

or will it be better to put back the OE airbox

and a performance panel filter?

Thanks.

Hi David,

I think the pro's say that the OEM airbox with performance filter is good up to about 400bhp....For MAF safety I'd be inclined to go back...

Certainly to around 350 bhp I would stay with the O/E induction system on your model.
