Default Cheap down pips on ebay

noticed the cheapest (around £80) classic downpipes on ebay where they meet the turbo just have a plate, then the circular shape of the actual exhaust. then the ones for about £120+ have a oval shape opening.

am i right in thinking the cheap ones are gonna disrupt the gas flow from the wastgate as there're gonna hit this plate before it can enter the exhaust?

doin a bit of research as my wagon aint loud enough after buying a resonatorless centre pipe. without the back box it was perfect, but i dont wanna change from the standard sti back box as i like the asthetics. even tried burning the baffles out, but made little difference, so im hoping a de-cat will increase the volume a bit. so was just wondering if the dearer one's are worth the extra cash?

I would go for the bell mouth decat (oval shape opening) i'm not sure what difference it makes in power between the two , but i think the belmouth flows better.
