Default Exhaust Discolouration, after track use, advice?

Noticed my exhaust changed colour when i did a track day at Brands a while back, and noticed the same after my short stint at Rockingham today.

Inner goes from the usual carbon black to a chalky white colour, as seen below.

Is this something i need to worry about? Engine running lean/rich??

Sorry for my ignorance, my limited tech knowledge doesnt stretch this far!!

In the good old days of leaded petrol, the tailpipe would turn a nice grey after a good, steady run. Doesn't seem to happen these days.
Were you using octane booster?
