Alan Jeffery has a really good "Ask the Expert" email facility on his website, Enginetuner.co.uk, which the man himself answers.

I've asked 2 or 3 questions now, and he's responded within 24hrs, sometimes a lot sooner (not sure about Sunday though).

The more detailed your question to him, the more satisfactory his answer/diagnosis will be! Somewhat unsurprisingly, the chap knows his Subarus.

ye cool i have still got my standard filter so i might pop it bk in. its strange i have been out in it all day and its pulling really well and have had no warning lights or any hesitant boost. i will leave it to see how it is for a few days and if it plays up i will take it to AJs. cheers for your advice everyone.
