Default boost not holding in all gears

when my car was first mapped it held 1.6 bar and no i.ve noticed it does quite make that all the time especially in second gear and some times in 3rd gear, no its not the solenoid as ive had a new perrin 3 port fitted and when it was done, im running an 18 g turbo could this be the wastgate becoming weak and opening to early or could it be somthing more simple or worrying and if it is the waste gate what one do i need anyhelp would be great cheers

its not dropping of it just dont make 1.6 in second it makes about 1.4 -1.5 and then sometimes it will make 1.6 in 3rd but sometimes it will make only 1.5 but in 4 and 5 its fine

if it was weak actuator you'd expect it to be the same in all the gears tho.had a simalar thing on mine after it was mapped but i turned wastegate duty up a bit and all is well

This tends to be normal on cars with ECU's that don't have per-gear boost control, but I think the Simtek has per-gear WG tables, maybe they need a tweak. It might be that 1st/2nd and even 3rd are too short to build the required boost though.
