Default arch rub possibility

hi , ive recently lowered my 99 uk wagon on standard shocks,i dropped it 35mm,im thinking of going for 18" wheels, but i need to know what size wheels will fit without giving me arch rub, i know ther is 18x7.5 and 18x8 etc, what should i go for with what offset? i hate arch rub!
