Hi when i acelerate when i get to 4.5k revs you can feel the car hold back it pulls fine till you get to there but then you can feel it hold back.
its a 2001 wrx with dump valve and an exhaust other than that its standard
does anybody have any ideas

if its doing this all the time i would maybe say the turbo or the pipe that attaches to it, if its not that it could maybe be the spark plugs or leads
