DASH LIGHTS DONT COME ON WITH LIGHTS

another problem, when i turn the lights on non of the dash lights work, nothing on the clocks control *****- absolutely nothing, fuse is fine. any ideas 99 sti car, thanks

Pull fuse out and swap it. Sometimes these mini blades look fine, but aren't.
