Question air con needs recharging best place watford/uxbridge?

air con works but not very cold, probably never been done so (hopefully) it just needs a re-gas.

anyone know the best place (reasonable price) to get it re-gased in the watford/uxbridge area?

cheers

i tried mine the other day and was not cold, used the Halfords kit -- only to discover v big hole in my air con radiator

so I bought and fitted a 2nd hand one -- then bought another Halfords kit

worked pretty well -- quite cold, i,m sure a "professional" job would be slightly colder

but it is easily good enough

i had my golf done at a local quick fit and didn't get the temperature difference they promised, they made it worse.

thats why i don't want to take it to them.

the reason i asked on here was so that i may be able to get a local recomendation not a genric quick fit from yorkshire

Local mobile testers.

Will test the system for leaks, etc at your premises - usually charge call-out of about £40. Re-gas prob about £70... not sure really.

Does your gas canister have a little inspection window? If so, one or two big bubbles is normal... loads of little bubbles, or nothing at all, isn't.
