Hi, I dont know if anyone has tried this before. I tried replacing my classic impreza wrx steering wheel with one from a classic wrx sti but the replacement steering fits but is too tight against the steering wheel cowl. Has anyone tried this and how did you go about increasing the steering wheel offset. Its too tight against the cowl it actually broke it and the steering is so hard as well. Power steering is okay because when i replace the original steering its fine.
