Rattling waste gate?

Rattling waste gate?
my turbo waste gate's rattleing when idling... when i hold the waste gate arm, it quitens a little. is this common? easily fixed?

pop the c clip off the waste gate arm undo the 10mm nut and wind it towards the turbo only do thing 1/2 a turn at a time till ists running correctly
