Lightbulb low boost problem

Hi guys got a little problem with my boost, the car is a 2001 bugeye wagon all standard apart from back box and panel filter plus remap. car was making 270 bhp and on the boost gauge was reading 15 psi, now over the coarse of about a week boost has dropped to 8 psi and come back to 10 psi on the gauge. i have had all relevant hosing off and checked, intercooler of and inspected all cleaned and replaced no effect. had the pipe off the actuator the car boost back to 15 psi but wont over boost like it should do, replace the pipe and im back to 10 psi any thoughts no cel light and no fault codes please help DONT BE SHY

- Try cleaning out the boost control solenoid by squirting brake/clutch cleaner fluid through it (crud may have built up in it).

- Check the connections of the turbo-to-IC feed pipe to the flanges on the underside of the IC's end tank (need to remove the IC to do this obviously).

- Check the rubber/plastic MAF-to-turbo air intake pipe for splits/tears, etc.

- Try substituting your DV for a known good replacement and see if you get the correct boost level back (your DV could be on its way out).

- Check the wastegate actuator connecting rod's tension, etc...

done all the above but still no difference, going to take the ic off again and see if i can see any cracks or may be fill with water and hope i get no leaks
