Default Cold Air Intake on 03 Blobeye ??

I want to fit a cold air intake via the passenger side front fog light, however is the ONLY way to feed this to the Induction Kit is by going via the inner wing

Is there another way to the Induction Kit from the fog light cover (it's only a 50mm air feed kit)

Cheers all

From the passenger side? That's unusual! Unless LHD?

Can't see how you would feed the pipework anywhere other via the inner wing - why do you not want to route it there?

Passenger side?
My CAI is in the driver wing, remove the fog cover and you can see the filter fine.

Having a "spanner time", I meant drivers side

When I removed the fog light cover there appeared to be enough room to route the 50mm alluminium pipe up past the front grill & then over towards the induction filter.

Therefore it would appear possible to do this without going via the inner wing

Forgot to say that it's a K&N 57i so the filter sits inside the engine bay ...

Never seen the K+N fitted so can't say.
I'm running the AEM and pulled back the inner arch to fit it as you had to remove the resonator box which will not come out of the fog lamp hole!
I sus[pect you will have to do the same so ineer arch is the only way.

50mm - yes, you might get away with that. I used 89mm and there was no way that was going anywhere except the inner wing

You must have removed the resonator box to run in the hose.
If he has the standard setup up in still he will have to remove the box to allow access to the inner wing from the engine bay.

Yes, you're right. In fact, I'd removed the resonator box several years ago and had a snorkus bypass pipe in place, so there was no hassle routing the ducting when I did this a few weeks ago
