Default LUBRICANT ADVICE

Im about to carry out a 3rd year service on my 2006 2.5 wrx, it has a td05-20g running close to 400/400, what engine oil would you recomend? should i also upgrade the f&r diff oil for fast road use?? Thanks.

the age old qeustion is up again i sue 10w 60 fully synth but other on hear use 10w 50 and some use 10w 40, and yeah put some good stuff in the old gear box and diff

ask oilman on here for advice or go to Opie Oils for engine oil, car oil, motorbike oil, gear oil, motor oil, race oil, brake fluid

mate, i just serviced my car (06 2.5 sti)

NgK ILFR7H plugs - iridiums
engine oil - silkoline pro s 5w - 40 fully synthetic
diff and gearbox i used silktran syn 5 75w-90 fully synthetic
coolant i used Motul - INUGEL OPTIMAL

whos doing the labour?

Me, now she's over 3yrs i dont need to go to a dealer and im fussy who works on her, and im also a tight ****
