can i adust the actuator to lower my boost from 1.2 bar to 1.0 bar on my 94 wrx or is it more complicated than that?

I raised a post similar to this sometime ago it may be of help , but I would take it to a garage/specialist as if you do play around with the restrictors it can raise the boost as well as lower!
