Default over fueling problem , Help please

Hi everyone , i have a problem I have a 95 wrx and have removed inlet manifold today to fix some leaks , now put it back together and its running very rich , getting black smoke out of exhaust and backfiring and popping , the car ran perfect before i had the manilfold off,

I have also started another thread on here as i was not sure the vacume hoses were plumbed in wright , could this problem be cause by the fuel rail vacume hoses , as i'm not to sure ive got it all plumbed in how it should be , any help much apreciated , cheers
