Impreza wrx import 1994 - (4x individual coils)

Shes running on all 4x cylinders when idling,
but when under load , ie accelerating
starts to (mis) - like its jumping off cylinders - rough running

then takes off clean -- into 2nd and its the same again. ...

Any1 know what this could be??
common faults ect.

check the coil packs aren't cracked Damaged Coilpack and the make sure the plugs are fine

 

My94 wrx is doing the same. Idles fine, under load, jerks and bucks etc. Checked my coils and plugs and my plugs were gapped too big (1.1mm) and one of my coil packs was incorrect for the wrx. It was a subaru svx coil. The plug it came off smelled like fuel really strong and doesnt look like its fired a spark in a long time. There was no colour on the ceramic of the plug, just a strong fuel smell so im guessing it is that coil. (the wrong one)! and wasnt firing. Im going to do my fuel filter too.
