Default removing crash bars

i was wondering if anyone has removed their front or rear crash bars from their classic?

is this legal? will it pass mot?

how much weight will i save?

anyone got pictures of what these look like and instructions on how to go about removing them?

Definitely not reccommended, and can't recall seeing it on a MOT criteria. Front crash bar is about 3 or 4 kg's (the bar under thye lights that is) certainly not worth it in my book.

Good Luck
