Hi all..

Got a p-plate Uk turbo and today the speedo had just stopped working..

Where is the Sensor on the box?..Im going to go out and have a look in a few hours but thought id ask on hear if its a common problem etc..

i have the same prob mate, has yours gone into limp mode yet? (limiter at 4.5k)

mine some time stalls when the revs drop suddenly approaching traffic lights etc..

Hi mate..

Well ive pulled the sensor out of the box and it looks fine..
Ive got my mate to drive the car at walking speed and i can see the plug in the actual gearbox housing is working fine...Ive attatched the lug from the sensor to a drill and even at a constant speed (with the drill) the speedo is all over the place just cant get a contsant reading...Sounds to me like ill be getting a new sensor from subaru on monday and trying that..Unless someone knows the voltage readings i can use on the plug to get certain speeds?..

Not sure about the 4.5k thing it only started doing it today..
