I've tried calling him yesterday and today and got no answer. This is something I REALLY need to know too. Any idea what his business hours are? It's really expensive for me to call too as I live in the Caribbean.

Ok, Makes sense... Do you ever happen to take a look at the serial numbers? Like do you ever see any that say GC8D or GC8DL because these are both models that work with the V3 and V4. I have heard that one of them is the Power FC Pro which is older and was discontinued but I hear it may have some good features like launch control and ignition cut at rpm limiter. Any idea?

And once again... THANKS SO MUCH for your time and sorry about all the messages and thread hijacking

I checked the few I have here but I currently only have v1/2 and v5/6 and the serial numbers are different

GC8A for v1/2 and GC8F for v5/6

There did used to be a modified version which launch control and ignition cut rather than fuel cut but very rare and you are unlikely to get one.

Hmmm, Yes I know they are very rare. In Japan there seem to be a few floating around IF this is the one that starts with serial code GC8D but I am not sure at all and have been trying all over to get clarification. APEXi USA said that this would be the pro model but I'm not sure that they would really know. I guess I may have call APEXi Japan to be certain. Hope they speak good english....

Don't know if this would be any use as i was enquiring about the djetro version i read that the pro ecu would actually state PRO @ the end of the model code details. Apparently there has been alot of people placing stickers reading PRO on the Apexi fc's to make a decent sell. This was via a skyline site mind you? Apparently this dude had something to do with power fc debugging & what not. Apologies if details are not exact but may be worth a go. APEX PowerFC??????. Am not very good with pc's but got printouts which unfortunately was in another language. If that fails i found this via a link from Apexi fc on NENGUN.
