Prices they charge?

I had the same model of car and i did the mod myself, was pretty straightforward to do, the part cost about £30, got it from someone on here a year ago.

Garage i bought the car from never got round to doin it so saved myself a bit of money as they were goin to charge a £100 to do it.

But for that £100 would you have got a certificate with it?

I'd rather not do it myself coz then when you come to sell the car there's always distrust over the mileage and rightly so... I wouldnt expect there not to be.

I'd like the mod done and I'd really like a cert with it also...??

From the garage i bought the car from i very mouch doubt i would have got a certificate.
I had to fight with them to get the cat 1 certificate

But yea if your wanting a certificate then a garage would have to do.
