Default help please.....no heat.

i`m experiencing my first problem with my scoob, can anyone help me??

problem is the heater, blowing cold not a hint of heat anywhere.

engine temp is running normal, plenty liquid in the header tank, no visible leaks or anything, someone said i could have vapour lock, or the matrix might have given up.
heaters and aircon all been great until now.

any ideas??????

well, i`ve checked all things obvious, still not getting any heat.

next thing is a trip to the garage, however,
would it be advisable to go to the main dealer, or would any garage be able to help me.

or if anyone knows of a good specialist in my area????

cheers again folks.
