Default Immobiliser / Stolen

Hi All,

Woke up this morning, in a great mood ready to head for the gym until I opened the hall door, and the skies turned grey, she was gone, someone stole my B4.

Its a 2000 RSK B4. Do these cars not have factory immobilisers on them, I would have bet my life that they did. I'd hit the button on the key to lock her and she'd give me a beep, when I unlock it same thing, and if I tried to open it by the handle without using the key it would beep at me. I'm so confused, and of course the bloody insurance company are questioning the whole thing. I don't know what to do.

Any help or advise in this great time of need would be great.

Thanks,

Jason.

JDM cars dont have an Immobiliser standard, hence why people pay 400 quid and get something like a clifford alarm fitted but sorry to hear your car was stolen
For your next car you will need to improve the security, discloks are recommended along with a good cat 1 alarm and even a tracking system, basically your base minimum security for a subaru with any sort of power (ie 200+bhp)
