Default Speed sensor 2/Error code 33

Hi guys.
Having a headache with my Jdm95 Sti!!! Had my car ecl come on and after a ecu reset i get error code 33 which is the speed sensor 2 curcuit. As i know this is part of the speedo head i've fitted a new set of clocks but still having the same problem and as i know little bout electrics i'm abit stumped now. Been told it could be a wiring problem between the clocks and ecu! Anyone had this problem or similar a problem and offer some much needed help!?!

Cheers Jay.
