Hi all, Only had the car JDM Sti V7 for a few weeks but wanted a new exhaust I fancied a Miltek with Resonated centre, I also ordered the decat pipe and a bbox,
All arrived(poor quality of finish on Back box) dropped my system off from the Downpipe, I didnt order a downpipe as I wanted one of the japspeeds with sports cat,
Any way, dropped the system off and got the miltek sat at the side of mine and its 93mm shorter without the de cat pipe inc, with it it was finishing around the bend in the DP but with no flange,
So has anyone else fitted a aftermarket system to a v7 jdm sti?
I have a feeling a spec c system may fit but you have to buy the full system and DP off them, at just over a grand it makes it a expensive swap then,
And fully decattd will give me problem with mot`s and I have to have it remapped asap then too,
any advice or help will be much appreciated.

What milltek did you order? think you need a full system from them to fit properly..

other thing might be you ordered the wrong down pipe or centre and backbox..i.e a jdm down pipe is shorter than the uk newage one, but the jdm centre is longer to overcome this..

you could take it down to the local exhaust shop get them to weld on a piece or sell it and buy another..

Also see if they will take back either or swap it for the right one..

They have taken it back but I was after places systems that might fit,
The JDM DP is 90mm longer then a UK DP exc CAT,
I think the only system that fits a Spec C type.
