I got a 2004 sti just had the engine rebuilt and uprated just started driving it then around 150 miles of driving it this strange ticking noise came its really doing my head in so if anyone can give me any info I would be greatfull many thanks andy

 

You'd need to be more specific really.

Ticking noises in the engine bay that are 'normal' can be the BCS (Boost Control Solenoid) duty cycle and the PCV (Purge Control Valve).
