Default boost pressure

hi all,
just had headgasket done on my 1999 uk turbo!since i got it back it doesnt boost up to what it did before (0.2bar ish) i have checked the tube from inlet to gauge and thats fine! any ideas what could of caused this????

also top hose seems to have bit to much pressure still?not sure what pressure i should expect or what would cause this as it runs fine and warms up etc ok!(heads were pressure tested and skimmed to)

any help would be great!

the best idea is to get the car back to the garage and let them check all pipes etc.
