Easy mate, put your car in gear with handbrake on, undo the bolt on the alternator then loosen the tension bolt, then i think its a 22m short socket on a long breaker bar (will be tight) remove bolt but when taking pulley off watch out u dont damage or lose the rocket key. People would advise a new bolt but i think a bit of thread lock will do,

repeat in reverse to replace new pulley

When i done the pulleys on my old car the hardest one to get off was the alternator one, tried it with a breaker bar but the pulley just slips and couldn't grip it. Took it down my mates garage and used an impact gun on it and it came off easy.

Mine was a pain in the ****.
I ended up holding it in a vice.
Also, the pulley has a shim inside it, which needed fitting to the new alloy pulley
