Default Brake fluid change, Mineral or synthetic?

Recently done a trackday which was superb. However, I managed to boil my brake fluid which wasn't the best experience, I cacked myself when I realised I couldn't stop.

I plan on changing my fluid, maybe put a higher Dot rating in. I assume this is going to help.
I have no idea what fluid is in there at the moment, or what to replace it with .

Any recomendations? 2001 Bug, if it makes any difference.

Motul RBF 600 Fluid or Millers Racing brake fluid

Never had any problems with fluid boiling since

Alyn at ASP has both.

You need DOT 5.1, which is synthetic
