Default Help with cam pulleys

I'm doing my cam belt,water pump etc and while it's all off i'm doing the cam seals but is there a tool to hold the cam pulley's while you undo the bolt? look's like a big socket, the pulleys on the left are ok to hold but the right side pulleys i can't hold, any help please leigh

Make a strap wrench out of the old belt.

If your doing all that I would personally change the cam cover gaskets while you at it as the stuff is out the way. If you do you can hold the front of the camshaft with a spanner and undo the pulley bolt.
