Default boost issues

hello all, I'm having problems boost wise.

My 98 UK Terzo is only boosting to 0.5 bar, I've tried a few things to sort it but to no avail.

So far I've cleaned all the boost pipes and solenoid with carb cleaner and connected the 2 green plugs under the dash and the solenoid clicks loud and fast but still no change, i just tried removing the vacuum pipe from the actuator to check the turbo and the actuator spring but i have no idea what boost it's making as my boost gauge runs off the piping that is disconnected.

The restricter pill is there in the right place and there's no faults showing when i connected the 2 black plugs under the dash.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Craig

Thanks for the replies folks,

I got it sorted, turns out my boost gauge was plumbed into the wrong pipework so the car was boosting right but the gauge was reading the wrong value.

Thanks
Craig.
