get a TD05 20G with supporting mods should get you to your 400 mark such as.. full decat 3" system, up pipe with headers, big air intake, front mount intercooler and remapped etc.. you will also need which you have not mentioned a walbro fuel pump, uprated fuel pressure regualtor, bigger injectors and heat wrap your headers, up pipe and downpipe.

i already have a 3" turbo back exhaust,550cc injectors, sard regulator, bosch 044 fuel pump, swirl pot,and fmic, although i must confess headers and up pipe slipped my mind completely and are not on my parts list but soon will be,haha, thanks for that,i will look into what the 20g are fetching as i wasnt sure if they were good for 400hp or not.anyone know where to get the best deal on pistons, rods and cometics?

Cheapest turbo is not necessarily what will achieve a good 400 mark and sustain it. My recommendation to you (having been there and done it) is to get on the phone to Mark at Lateral P and he will take you through in helping you achieve your power levels.
No point going the forged route using other good parts when turbo which is one of the things which make up a good all around 400 bhp car is not ideally up to the job.
