Default Driving lights won't switch off???

Got a bit of a problem and need some help please lads, fitted a set of Carbon Mudflaps & an alloy rad/slam plate today and after I had finished I noticed that the front & rear driving lights were on constantly without the keys being in the ignition.

Started the car up & let it run for a while & switched the headlights on & off a few times but still I could not get the front & rear driving lights to switch off, even after I switched the car off & locked the doors they were still on.

I have now had to pull the fuse under the bonnet to stop the front & rear driving lights from draining my battery.

Any of you guys had this problem before or have any ideas on what to look out for or check???

The parking lights 'P' switch is in the on postioin when the orange label at the front of the switch is exposed and facing you i.e. the rear of the switch lower than the front lol.

By "driving lights", I take it you mean sidelights at the front, and normal tail lights at the rear? Because that's what this switch turns on i.e. NOT dipped beam...
