Ive got a v2 sti that has had a few goodies fitted to it now. . . . apexi pfc, injectors,td05 18g, front mount intercooler etc etc Its running around 350bhp at the mo on 1.3bar. It will be running 1.5bar when i get a new dump valve. Its currently got a baileys aftermarket dumpvalve on there which i suspect is dodgy. When i boost hard i get a weird sucking noise from the engine bay. All hoses have been replaced and everythings tight. I reckon the dump valve is leaking on hard boost. Any idea what a baileys spring is rated too?

What dumpvalve should i go for to replace it? I want something loud,good quaility but not to expensive. Any ideas?

the main stealer told me unless you have well over 400bhp u dont need one and if anything they slow your car down as it makes the engine run lean.

they do sound good tho.

but like anything in life, nothing that is good quality is cheap
