Hi can anyone tell me if the following simtek ecu will work on my 1998 uk classic:



SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI V3 V4 SIMTEK STANDALONE ECU


MAF DELETE, 3 PLUG, FULL STANDALONE SYSTEM.

Need to know quite sharpish

98 is V4 isnt it. I thought that aslong as it was 3plug it would be ok on a classic??

Many thanks people!!!!!! Ive found one for sale but it just looks like a chip/ no outer casing, is this normal???

that one i pressume SUBARU IMPREZA WRX STI V3 V4 SIMTEK STANDALONE ECU on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 15-Mar-09 21:01:24 GMT)

Yes it will fit, it will of course require mapping to suit your application. Pay no attention to the fact it doesn't have a case, this is how all SimTeks come, just pop the new board in your original case.
