'Heavy' grinding coming from rear brakes

Default 'Heavy' grinding coming from rear brakes
My rear d/s caliper appeared to be sticking ever so slightly, but it has now got worse.

The disc on the rear d/s is slightly scored, but the grinding sounds like it's coming more from the rear pass side now. The grinding noise is pretty loud under all braking, could this be the discs and pads are really worn?

I don't think they're brembos, but not totally sure. It's a pre-facelift uk turbo i've got..
