Sti3 Heads,Cams,valvetrain Limits???

What are the limits of stock Sti3 Heads, cams and valvetrain? Does anyone have any experiances of running these with fairly large turbos (e.g. GT30R, MD321T) in the high 400's ?? Any info appreciated, cheers

They standard heads are excellent and will not cause a restriction to well over 500bhp, the only thing I would consider is changing to single piece valves as the standard 2 peice valves could be considered a weak point.
