You shouldnt need to unclip anything but the top of the box to put the filter in

So I don't need the unclip the wire circled yellow?
But I don't have good access to the panel filter, as it doesn't lift that much from one side

just release 2 clips, lift the lid slightly and take out old one and put in new one, no need to disconnect any wires, just make sure you fit the lid properly. It slides in at the bottom then hinges over then 2 clips are shut. about 1 minute to change it and no tools needed.

Cool. Thanks for the reply guys. Just fitted it
Was a bit of a pain having to cut off all the centering studs on the filter but other than that yes, a simple job really.
