Default STI8 removing A/C

I want to remove the air conditioning from my STI8 as i never use it. Any tips/ how-to guides would be great...

Any idea how much of a weight saving it would be?

Thanks

Guys why would you possibly want to remove a perfectly good working aircon system ?

lol wallet is very light at the moment!

Take a **** all the time.

I don't think my spare wheel will fit over the brakes so it is pretty useless

I remember reading up about a few people removing A/C, can't find it now....

i only use my scoob on weekends and maybe the odd blast through the week and have no need for the air con, so want to get rid of every bit of weight i can.never even touched the aircon last year so carn't see much point in having it there.
