Question A bit lumpy at tickover when warm

My 01 Bugeyed wagon is fine when I start it from cold but when I start it from warm it runs a bit lumpy on tickover. It's fine once I rev it and runs well. Any suggestions?

Engine is standard apart from PPP and a green air filter. Since I've had it (two months-ish) its been run on super, generally Tesco 99ron.
