Seat Belt Help Please

my seat belt is slow at re-coiling when i take it off is there anything i can do to speed it up??

best thing to do is to to get some sillicone spray and put it all over the full length of the belt this helps it go through the runners better failing that take the whole thing out and grease the mechanism
