Default Another "which oil?" question.

Hi,

I've got an '03 STI which is going to see some mods shortly, mainly a MD321T, 3" exhaust and 650CC injectors, hoping for around the 400bhp mark but which oil would be best for a: normal road use and b: a trackday. Preferably which Millers spec?

P.s. Running standard STI internals by the way.

Thanks

Steve

The 'correct' Milllers oil is their 'CFS' range, available in 10W-40 and 10W-60 flavours.

Oilman (Opie Oils) reckons that a hot '60' weight is far too viscous in today's engines, and wouldn't recommend over a '50' in the Subaru flat-4. So that leaves you with the 10W-40, which is fine.

Incidenatlly, ZEN supply and use these Millers oils.
