Default Hawkeye WRX tuning packages (any advice?)

Hi all,

I am looking at getting my 2.5L hawkeye WRX tuned and the usual suspects are:

1. GRD (1600 quid approx TBC)
2. Scoobyworld (1300 quid approx)
3. Powerengineering (? unknown at the mo)
4. Powerstation (1399 dont know if thats vat incl?)

I am sure that all of these firms are great but really want to know if anyone has 1st hand experience?

Obviously I can see a price diff allready, but all seem to offer similar output with similar kit (unlike the pisspoor PPP from Subaru which seems to be a remap, filter and just a back box! and only free's up another 40 bhp).

Any one up for a group buy :-)

Cheers

Seems to be:

An ECU remap,
Sportcat and box,
Free flowing filter

With some minor variations on the zorst bits

all the above firms quote circa 280-290 bhp flywheel
but I know the FT/LBS is really what should make the difference

i had my car done at ZEns place i picked the parts i wanted and they fitted them and paul did the map jobs done. they are all offering the same thing so work out what parts you want and whats the best company to use. they will all end up with the same BHP so dont worry about figures. however cheap is not always the best way to go, where are you from

3’’ milltec exhaust with sports cat £1000
Green Panel filter £30
255l fuel pump £70
Remap £650

280 BHP 340 ft/lbs

Next VF34 plus remap £1000
Then all being well 350 BHP 400 plus ft/lbs
