z4 ecu

Hi, i have a 95 wrx with a z4 ecu and on the casing it says tuned by buzz sport does this mean its chipped as i'm only running std boost for a z4 ecu around 12psi.

to see if its chipped or sure you need to open it up and check
there will be the extra chip and the J1 resister will be removed or cut
