Default oil cooler water pipe

Hi,
has anyone had to replace the oil cooler water pipe?
Mine has corroded and i'm trying to get the thing off but the bolt to the bracket that holds it in place has also corroded and i'm struggling to get the pipe off.
Could do with some ideas/suggestions.
It's all a bit tight, i've got the fan off and the timing belt cover to get more access but it looks like i might have to go in through the grill which means removing the radiator, and the power steering pipes etc, I really don't want to have to do all of that.
It's a 97 turbo.
Also wondered if anyone knows of any sources for said part, subura price = £35 !

I have a diagram of the pipe from the preMY97 manual (engine.pdf) but I can't get the image thing working here, and I can't attach it.

Thanks in advance
