hi there people i have a version 3 sti. i believe the car throws out transmission oil at high speeds leaving the underneath of the car drenched and smelly. ive shown the car to 3 mechanics but the fault is yet not confirmed. i have been told it may be the transfer box but not sure. im sure this is not a common problem on imprezas but its happened. the diff has a slight leak from each side of the driveshaft seals would this be a causing the problem. the prop shaft seal has been inspected and does not appear to leak. the car drives well apart from on boost whilst going over 80mph then it throws out oil.

any advice would be welcomed.
