Default De cat Advice??

Hi all, just after a little advice.
Im thinking of fitting a de cat pipe replacing both cats on my 05 wrx, My question is - would this effect the lambda readings? or have any effect on the engine management?
My car also has the ppp if this makes any difference?
Thanks for any help!!

To appreciate the maximum potential you will need a remap. This will sort out the other issues . Bob
