Default wont hold boost

ever since i bought my99 uk turbo there has been an issue with the boost first it would only boost to 0.5 but 2.0 in fifth gear then i had this problem fixed and the boost set at 1.3 but now it wont hold it for more than a few second when in fifth, is this because the exhaust gasses are restricting it or is there more serious problems

a uk turbo should be running about 0.8 of a bar dude, i got my old one mapped by andy.f and he only set it to 0.9 due to the crap interboiler on the UK Turbo

ask about but IMO 1.3 bar is a tad too much for your set up

thats way to high running standard IC, i had a boost controller fitted wiv a FMIC and upped to 1.2, set to this because the standard ecu boost cut is set to 1.25 AFAIK. So unless u have FCD u would never even c 2.0. would he????
